Mr. Arvind kharabanda, F.C.A, who is a member of ICAI since 1970. He carries with him vast experience of 50 years in varied industries such as Te l e c o m m u n i c a t i o n s , Broadcasting, IT, Electronics, Consumer Durables. He holds expertise in the field of Management discipline such as Marketing, Manufacturing, Project appraisal, Finance, Ta xa t i o n and Corporate Strategy, Merger and Acquisitions. He has been CEO for more than 17 years in Listed Companies in the Electronics and Te l e c o m industry and has been instrumental in supporting many start-ups and industrial units.
He has held the position of Chairman of My Box Te c h n o l o g i e s Private Limited, one of the largest digital set top box manufacturer in India from 2008 till 2015. The Company, in July 2015, joined hands with The Hero Group of Companies. Mr. Arvind Kharabanda has also led the team of Pals India Te c h n o l o g i e s Private Limited as an Advisor and has served as an Independent and Non Executive Director at Himachal Futuristic Communications and India Sign Private Limited.
